I LOVED the large pool. There were many activities available. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and well maintained.
The gym was unclean. It was also poorly maintained, with no fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Nothing was worth a five star besides some fruits that were ripe.

poor gymexpensive tour
the gym was in POOR condition. Several machines were unusable and unsafe. i felt misled by the concierge about a tour to the Atlas mountains. He claimed a hike would be easy despite my mobility issues. he pushed a private jeep tour, seemed annoyed when i asked for a group tour, and overcharged us.

the rooms are spacious i stayed in a premium room pool view the grounds of the hotel are lovely and well maintained breakfast was plentiful with very good products the managers take great care. the hotel has great ease of parking nearby it is also very pleasant and renovated with great taste

I found the pool facilities to be very nice. There was a large pool and plenty of sun loungers were available, even in the afternoon! the gardens were beautifully landscaped and well kept.
The main buffet restaurant did not open until 7:30 pm. This made it difficult when we had early excursions planned. also, the gym was small with old machinery. there was a limited selection of equipment.

I found the staff attentive, especially ilham. She was helpful. the pool area is spacious and the water was wonderfully refreshing. the room included a cozy bed and i enjoyed the powerful shower, it was good.
the minibar prices seemed a tad steep.

The hotel is conveniently located near al mazar shopping center. This center offers multiple restaurants. the hotel provided a free shuttle to the city center, this was a welcomed bonus. atlas mountains are visible in the distance.

breakfast offered a diverse spread with european, american, and moroccan options. the hotel features an italian restaurant, it is lovely. we dined there three times, mostly because of the very nice service provided.

The reception staff were very efficient and friendly, especially ilham. the pool staff, including mahdi and mouad, were always attentive. a nurse offered really good care when i wasn't feeling well. I was touched.

our room was a premium suite garden view and it was spacious. it had a garden view where i could benefit from the sun in the evening. the beds were comfortable, great for a restful sleep after a long day.

the premium room pool view was very spacious. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. a safe was available with plenty of storage space.
the hotel is on a busy road i hear traffic throughout the night.
